Using this website
This site gives general plumbing information. It is not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed plumber, and conditions at your property may differ from anything described here.
In an emergency, such as a gas smell, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 before you call a plumber.
Phone calls and recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call you agree to this.
Pricing and scheduling
Prices and appointment times are agreed by phone and confirmed before work starts. Any price discussed on a call depends on the conditions we can see at the property, and we will tell you before going beyond what was agreed.
Same-day appointments depend on availability.
