We collect the information you give us when you call: your name, phone number, address and a description of the plumbing problem. We use it to schedule and perform work and to follow up on it.
This website has no forms and no accounts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will note it.
Recordings are used to check that we gave accurate information and to train staff. We do not sell them.
Third-party content
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts and, where shown, maps from Google Maps. Those services may receive your IP address and browser details when the content loads, under their own privacy policies.
Phone calls pass through our telephone provider, which handles call routing and records call details.
How we share information
We share information only with the people needed to do the job, such as suppliers or a permitting office, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and contact
You can ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by calling (561) 448-8545 or writing to contact@247plumbergreenacres.com. We may need to keep some job records where the law requires it.
